A Passive House (Passivhaus) is special. It takes extra effort in both planning and construction, and yes it costs a bit more. So why do it? There are a number of reasons. One key one is to make a healthy home. Here is footage I took in the ceiling cavity of a standard construction. Mould and damage everywhere from condensation. A Passivhaus ensures moisture doesn’t get trapped anywhere, preventing this from occurring. Be it a new building or renovation, we can make a healthy home. #passivehouse
