I went out to O’Scugnizzo in Utica which is the second oldest and still operational pizzeria in America. They make the upside down pie meaning the sauce is on top and cheese on the bottom. I didn’t love this pizza. I absolutely love the history of the pizzeria and think it’s pretty interesting that the second oldest pizzeria is in Utica, New York.
