It is especially handy for those staying away from home for education, trainings or jobs. Using the simplest of ingredients and equipment, the course covers basic cooking with easy-to-do quick dishes and a few party dishes as well. A special class on equipment handling & usage and Vegetable Cutting & Chopping is also included.
