First time making Christmas Crack and… I get the hype. Melt 250g butter 100g brown sugar to make a glossy caramel. Lay salted pretzels on baking paper, pour the caramel over, oven for 5–7 minutes. Straight out, add your chocolate of choice. I went with salted cashews on top, finished with sea salt flakes because that salty caramel hit is non-negotiable. Didn’t have Christmas sprinkles, so I used my secret ingredient: Nerds. Sweet, salty, crunchy chaos. You’re welcome. Save this for last-minute C
