Southeast District Homicide Investigation In reference to a homicide that occurred in the Southeast District, Baltimore Police need your help in identifying the individuals seen in this video. On May 3, 2025, at 7:23 p.m., 47-year-old Terrance Todd was involved in a dispute outside of a fast food restaurant in the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway. During this dispute, Terrance Todd was shot multiple times. Mr. Todd was taken to an area hospital, where he later died. Homicide detectives are seeking
