Start & stop TPN slowly ✅ Tubing & bag must be changed every 24 Hours ✅ If TPN runs out & next bag is delayed = hang 10% dextrose in water (D10W) to prevent hypoglycemia ✅ Monitor blood sugar every 4-6 hrs & electrolytes, TPN i
