After a series of delays dating back to 2021, Capcom finally “re-revealed” Pragmata with a firm release date and confirmation of cross-platform support. But cooler than that, Nintendo is also adding unreleased games to the Virtual Boy catalogue for Switch and Switch 2. These include a cancelled F-Zero game called Zero Racers, which makes the accessory pretty much a mandatory buy for Captain Falcon fans.
Nintendo is known for its weird gambles, but the Switch 2 is a fairly no-nonsense console compared to the original, which was considered quirky at the time. The Virtual Boy has plenty of that weirdness for the Switch 2, even if its appeal will be more niche than the cardboard Labo accessories the company drummed up for the original Switch.
