A storm moving across the country has the potential to bring 1 to 2 feet of snow to parts of Massachusetts and New England this weekend.

Supermarkets across Massachusetts were flooded with customers preparing to hunker down for Sunday's winter storm, which is expected to bring anywhere between one to two feet of snow to the region.

“Everyone will start Sunday afternoon with powdery snow. Temperatures warm overnight into Monday—just enough in southeastern Massachusetts to transition to a heavy, wet snow,” Spear said.
