Rock icon Bruce Springsteen took to the stage in Minneapolis on Friday to perform his new song written in tribute to two protesters shot dead by U.S. federal agents in the city.

Bruce Springsteen released a new song and video titled “Streets of Minneapolis.”

“I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis,” Springsteen said this week.
